Voter Registration List Maintenance

Voter registration list maintenance reports focus on the Virginia Department of Elections' (ELECT) maintenance activities of all of Virginia’s voter registration lists. These reports are produced annually for the members of the Privileges and Elections Committees of the Virginia General Assembly.

Virginia maintains its voter registration list through a variety of processes. Each of those processes is described in the documents below, along with references to the section of the Code of Virginia whereby ELECT derives its authority to conduct such activities.
