Candidate Forms
Presidential Write-In Candidates are required to file by Monday, October 28, 2024 an ELECT-644 Joint Declaration of Intent to be Write-in Candidates for President and Vice President and, for each of your 13 Electors an ELECT-543 Oath for Electors for President and Vice President; Independent and Third Party.
Write-in Candidates for all other offices are not required to file any ballot access documents, however, will need to be in compliance with Campaign Finance requirements.
